  • Roasted & split coriander seed: 50 g
  • Salt: To taste
  • Lemon juice: 1/2
  • Water: 1 tbsp
  • Sesame seed: 500 g
  • Fennel seed: 100 g
  • Roasted & split coriander seed: 100 g
  • Salt: To taste
  • Lemon juice: 1
  • Water: 2 tbsp
  • Sesame seed: 1 kg
  • Fennel seed: 200 g
  • Roasted & split coriander seed: 200 g
  • Salt: To taste
  • Lemon juice: 2
  • Water: 4 tbsp

Directions

step 1
take lemon juice add 3 tbsp water, add salt, turmeric
step 2
add in a seasame seeds and mix well
step 3
tap with palm and cover it
step 4
rest for 4 hours
step 5
take a small batches and roast seasame seeds until its full dry no moisture
step 6
put on bowl add dhanadal, sonf and mix let it cool down
step 7
store in airtite jar
