Ingredients

  • Chickpeas : 1 cup
  • Rice : 3 tbsp
  • Limbu na ful : 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder : 1/2 tbsp
  • Ginger : 2 to 3
  • Green chillies : 10–12
  • Backing soda : 1/2 tbsp
  • Chickpeas: 2 cups

  • Rice: 6 tbsp

  • Limbu na ful (citric acid): 2 tbsp

  • Turmeric powder: 1 tbsp

  • Ginger: 4 to 6 inches

  • Green chillies: 20 to 24

  • Baking soda: 1 tbsp

  • Chickpeas: 4 cups

  • Rice: 12 tbsp (¾ cup)

  • Limbu na ful (citric acid): 4 tbsp

  • Turmeric powder: 2 tbsp

  • Ginger: 8 to 12 inches (or equivalent paste)

  • Green chillies: 40 to 48

  • Baking soda: 2 tbsp

Directions

Step 1
Take 1 cup chanadal and 2 tbsp rice
Step 2
wash with 2-3 times by normal water, cover it and soak for 6-8 hours
Step 3
drain water of chanadal and add in mixer jar, add 1 tbsp citric acid(nimbu na ful)
Step 4
make a thick paste with no water, than take a mixer in bowl, than add smashed green chilli, add grated ginger
Step 5
add baking soda, than add 1 tbsp water on baking soda for activate a soda
Step 6
mix with one direction for 2 minutes, add mixer in a oil greeced plate
Step 7
steam for 10 minutes, than let cool it for room tempreture
Step 8
than cut in a square shape
Step 9
2-3 tbsp oil in a pan add muster seeds, hing
Step 10
add khaman and fresh chopped coriander, garnish with sev chutney, chopped onion and serve
