Ingredients

  • Dhokla flour (rice + corn + chickpea): 4 cups
  • Buttermilk: 2 cups
  • Water: 3 cups
  • Turmeric: 2 tbsp
  • Cumin–coriander powder: 1 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste
  • Red chilli garlic chutney: 2 tbsp
  • Groundnut oil (for serving): 1 small cup
  • Dhokla flour (rice + corn + chickpea): 8 cups
  • Buttermilk: 4 cups
  • Water: 6 cups
  • Turmeric: 4 tbsp
  • Cumin–coriander powder: 2 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste
  • Red chilli garlic chutney: 4 tbsp
  • Groundnut oil (for serving): 2 small cups
  • Dhokla flour (rice + corn + chickpea): 16 cups
  • Buttermilk: 8 cups
  • Water: 12 cups
  • Turmeric: 8 tbsp
  • Cumin–coriander powder: 4 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste
  • Red chilli garlic chutney: 8 tbsp
  • Groundnut oil (for serving): 4 small cups

Directions

step 1
take dhokla flour and add buttermilk and add water
step 2
mix well and cover the pan and rest for 8-9 hourd
step 3
after 8 hours our dhokla fermantation is ready and perfect
step 4
add turmeric powder,salt, cumin coriander powder and mix well
step 5
take 1 dish batter and add 1/2 tbsp baking soda , mix well on one direction
step 6
fill in steamer stand and stem for 10 minutes
step 7
after steam our dhokla is ready
step 8
serve with groundnut oil
