Ingredients

  • Palak (spinach): 1 bunch
  • Water: As required
  • Salt: To taste
  • Oil: 2 tbsp
  • Asafoetida (hing): 1 pinch
  • Green chilli: 2 nos
  • Garlic: 5 buds (cloves)
  • Ginger: 1 inch
  • Onion: 2 nos
  • Tomato: 2 nos
  • Turmeric: 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder: 1/2 tbsp
  • Punjabi sabji masala: 1/2 tbsp
  • Sugar: If needed

  • Garlic: 20 buds (cloves)
  • Ginger: 4 inches
  • Onion: 8 nos

  • Turmeric: 4 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder: 2 tbsp
  • Punjabi sabji masala: 2 tbsp
  • Sugar: If needed

Directions

Step 1
add palak into hot water
Step 2
strain out boiled palak
Step 3
direct boiled palak put on a chilled water
Step 4
strain into water and put on a dish, put oil and add jeera (cumin), hing, onion, green chilli and saute
Step 5
add tomatoes and let it cool
Step 6
add on mixer jar and make a smooth paste
Step 7
paste add on a pan and saute , add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin coriander powder, garama masala, add palak paste and saute
Step 8
add butter, salt, and big paneer cuts
Step 9
serve with roti, paratha, nan our palak paneer is ready
