Ingredients

  • Sooji: 1 cup
  • Milk: 1 cup
  • Oil: 1/2 cup
  • Sugar: 1 cup
  • Eno (unflavoured): 1 pouch
  • Sooji: 2 cups
  • Milk: 2 cups
  • Oil: 1 cup
  • Sugar: 2 cups
  • Eno (unflavoured): 2 pouches
  • Sooji: 4 cups
  • Milk: 4 cups
  • Oil: 2 cups
  • Sugar: 4 cups
  • Eno (unflavoured): 4 pouches

Directions

step 1
take a 1 cup of milk and add 1 cup of sugar just melt it
step 2
add 1 cup of oil
step 3
mix with wisk on 1 direction for 5 minutes
step 4
add 1 cup of sooji (rava) and mix well
step 5
cover with dish and set for 15 minutes
step 6
add 1 eno (withour flavoured) and mix (when steamer ready)
step 7
put butter paper on pan and add cake mixture
step 8
put pan on tava and cover with big bowl and bake for 30 minutes on low flame
step 9
let it cool down the cake and garnish with dry fruits
