  • Jeera (whole cumin): 1/2 tbsp
  • Whole black pepper: 1/2 tbsp
  • Oil: 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder: 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder: 1 tbsp
  • Cumin–coriander powder: 1 tbsp
  • Water: As required
  • Sugar: 1 tbsp
  • Cashew: 3 nos
  • Kishmish (raisins): 4 nos
  • Watermelon seeds: 1 tbsp
  • Salt: As required

Directions

Step 1
take pan add sonf (feneel seed), black papper roast for 2-3 minutes
Step 2
grind with hands
Step 3
take a pan put 2 tbsp ghee let it melt, add red chilli powder, cumin corander powder, saute and mix
Step 4
add water as per required, add salt, sugar
Step 5
add grinded masala
Step 6
add tumraid pulp (imli pulp)
Step 7
add kishmish, sunflower seed
Step 8
