Directions

step 1
take ghee on pan add 1 cup of semolina (rava), and roast for 5-6 minutes

its turn into light golden brown color, than take it out and put on bowl

add cashew and roast

turn into light golden shade let it out of ghee
step 5
add some peanuts roast than let it out on plate
step 6
add 2 tbsp urad dal and saute for 2 minutes

add chopped curry leaves, mustrad seeds, pinch of asafoetida
step 8
add chopped onions, saute until turns into golden brown shade
step 9
than add green chillies, chopped tomatoes, all saute
step 10
add roasted semolina, rosted penuts, cashew and add salt to taste,
step 11
add water mix well and let it dry
step 12
serve in plate
