  • Corn flour: 2 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste
  • Water: as per required
  • Cabbage: 1/4
  • Carrot: 1
  • Capsicum: 1/2
  • Green onion: 1
  • Green chilli: 1
  • Ginger: 1/2 inch
  • Garlic: 2 to 3 buds
  • Soya sauce: 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli sauce: 1 tbsp
  • Oil: for fry
  • Oil: 1 tbsp

Directions

Step 1
take 1 bowl rice flour, small cup maida, small cup corn flour
Step 2
add salt to taste, add oil, mix with hands (moin), add water, make a thick dow
Step 3
take this jali for sev making machine, make a sev and deep fry on hot oil
Step 4
manchaw soup sev is ready
Step 5
put oil on pan, add chopped garlic, ginger paste, chillies and mix well
Step 6
add green onion, capsicum, cabage, red carrot and mix well, add red chilli sous
Step 7
add soya souce
Step 8
mix and soute, add 2 glass water
Step 9
add cornflour and some water make slury add in water, add lemon juice
Step 10
let boil it for 5 minutes, serve with manchau sev
