  • Gram flour (chane ka atta): 25 g
  • Sugar powder: 125 g
  • Ghee: 100 g
  • Milk: 2.5 tbsp (small spoon)
  • Cashew: 4–5
  • Almond: 4–5
  • Kishmish: 4–5
  • Cardamom powder (ilaichi powder): 2–3
  • Oil: for fry

  • Bhakhri atta (wheat flour): 200 g
  • Gram flour (chane ka atta): 100 g
  • Sugar powder: 500 g
  • Ghee: 400 g
  • Milk: 10 tbsp (small spoon)
  • Cashew: 16–20
  • Almond: 16–20
  • Kishmish: 16–20
  • Cardamom powder (ilaichi powder): 8–10
  • Oil: for fry

Directions

Step 1
Add semolina (rava), besan, bhakhri ata
Step 2
add ghee for moin, mix well, add warm milk
Step 3
add warm water, make a dow and shape this type
Step 4
deep fry on oil
Step 5
fry untill light golden brown shade
Step 6
cut into small portion, grind
Step 7
add kishmish, cashew, ilaichi powder (cardamom powder)
Step 8
add sugar powder, melted ghee, mix well
Step 9
makes a medium size laddu
Step 10
set laddu
