  • Potatoes: 250 g
  • Green chilli: 1
  • Roasted peanut: 1 tbsp
  • Fresh coriander: some
  • Black pepper: a small pinch
  • Farali salt: to taste
  • Lemon juice: 1/4 lemon
  • Sugar: 1/2 tbsp
  • Rajakra atta: 1/2 bowl
  • Water: as per need
  • Potatoes: 500 g
  • Green chilli: 2
  • Roasted peanut: 2 tbsp
  • Fresh coriander: some
  • Black pepper: 1 pinch
  • Farali salt: to taste
  • Lemon juice: 1/2 lemon
  • Sugar: 1 tbsp
  • Rajakra atta: 1 bowl
  • Water: as per need
  • Potatoes: 1 kg
  • Green chilli: 4
  • Roasted peanut: 4 tbsp
  • Fresh coriander: some
  • Black pepper: 2 pinch
  • Farali salt: to taste
  • Lemon juice: 1 lemon
  • Sugar: 2 tbsp
  • Rajakra atta: 2 bowls
  • Water: as per need

Directions

Step 1
take boiled potatoes, mesh with fork
Step 2
add roasted pilled crushed peanuts, chopped chillies, grated ginger, lemon juice
Step 3
add fresh chopped coriander, salt to taste, sugar, add black papper powder
Step 4
mix with hands, make a balls with oil hands
Step 5
take millet flour (farali flour) add black papper powder, salt to taste
Step 6
add water, mix and make a thick batter
Step 7
deep balls into batter and coat
Step 8
deep fry in oil
Step 9
fry until golden brown shade, serve with fried chillies
