  • Cumin coriander powder: 1 tbsp

Directions

Step 1
Fry cashew on oil
Step 2
put oil on pan add bay leaf, cardamom, cinnamon, black papper, clove
Step 3
add chopped onion, add garlic paste roast until turns golden brown
Step 4
boil cashew and onion pan, strain water
Step 5
add tomato paste
Step 6
add red chilli powder, cumin coriander powder, turmeric, sugar, salt, kaju curry masala
Step 7
make a paste on mixer jar of boiled cashew and onion, add paste on curry
Step 8
add mashed kasuri methi, and fried cashew and mix our kaju curry recipe is ready
