Beans (all types): 200 g
Turmeric: 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder: 1 tbsp
Sev misal masala: 1 tbsp
Cumin–coriander powder: 1 tbsp
Salt: To taste
Onion: 4 nos
Tomatoes: 4 nos
Water: As required
Namkeen: 500 g
Bread: As required
Lemon: 4 nos
Beans (all types): 400 g
Turmeric: 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder: 2 tbsp
Sev misal masala: 2 tbsp
Cumin–coriander powder: 2 tbsp
Salt: To taste
Onion: 8 nos
Tomatoes: 8 nos
Water: As required
Namkeen: 1 kg
Bread: As required
Lemon: 8 nos
Beans (all types): 800 g
Turmeric: 4 tbsp
Red chilli powder: 4 tbsp
Sev misal masala: 4 tbsp
Cumin–coriander powder: 4 tbsp
Salt: To taste
Onion: 16 nos
Tomatoes: 16 nos
Water: As required
Namkeen: 2 kg
Bread: As required
Lemon: 16 nos
Directions
step 1
wash cheak pea, moong, all beans for 3-4 times
step 2
soak for overnight
step 3
next day in morning stain all water let all beans dry, than take cotton cloth add beans on it
step 4
make a potli and keep for 8 hours
step 5
after 8 hours our sprouts is ready, add on pressure cooker, add turmeric powder, salt, add water 1 inch give 4 wistles
step 6
take a pan add oil, add hing, chopped onion - tomato, add salt for taste, some sugar
step 7
when tomato and onion cooked add garam masala, sev misal masala, saute all masalas
step 8
add cooked sprouts and mix well than set for 10 minutes
step 9
serve with bread, garnish with namkeen, chopped onion-tomato, lemon, and enjoy
