Directions

step 1
add maida, sooji on big pan
step 2
add oil for moin, add salt to taste, add jeera (whole cumin)
step 3
mix well with hands
step 4
add water and make a dow like roti atta
step 5
make medium side poori , make a small holl with fork
step 6
fry on a hot oil until shade like light golden brown
step 7
