  • Water: as per need

Directions

take wheat flour add sooji

add turmeric, red chilli powder, cumin coriander powder, hot oil, salt

add chopped methi

mix with hands, add water

make a dow and rest for 5 -10 minutes

make a roti and cut into pieces

fry in a hot oil and after room tempreture store methi poori on a airtite container
