Directions

step 1
soak kokum for 3 - 4 hours
step 2
soak dry piece for 8 hours

add soaked kokum on mixer jar, add salt, cumin, red chilli powder and make a paste

add soaked piece on pressure cooker add turmeric powder, salt, water give 5 whistle
step 5
add oil on pan, add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, water, coriander powder

add Maida, oil, salt add water and make a dow
step 7
make thick roti
step 8
give shape with glass, and fry on oil
step 9
arrange poori on plate
step 10
garnish with potato sabji, green chutney, kokum chutney
step 11
serve with aloo sev onion, coriander
