  • Milk: 1 liter
  • Custard powder: 1 tbsp
  • Saffron (kesar): 3 to 4 threads
  • Sugar: 1/2 small bowl
  • Soaked almonds: 5
  • Ice cream (any flavoured): as required
  • Milk: 2 liter
  • Custard powder: 2 tbsp
  • Saffron (kesar): 7 threads
  • Sugar: 1 small bowl
  • Soaked almonds: 10
  • Ice cream (any flavoured): as required
  • Milk: 4 liter
  • Custard powder: 4 tbsp
  • Saffron (kesar): 14 threads
  • Sugar: 2 small bowls
  • Soaked almonds: 20
  • Ice cream (any flavoured): as required

Directions

step 1
take 2 liter milk boil it
step 2
take 4 tbsp hot milk add 2 tbsp cutard powder mix it
step 3
take 2 tbsp hot milk and add 6-7 kesar threads
step 4
take 9-10 soaked almonds and cut into slices
step 5
add sugar, custard milk, kesar milk, add chopped almonds on hot boiled milk
step 6
let it cool and take into refrigerator for 8 hours
step 7
serve chilled and garnish with ice cream
