Ingredients

  • Kesar mango: 5 mango
  • Dry ginger powder: 1/2 tbsp
  • Ghee: 1 tbsp
  • Milk: if required
  • Sugar / Jaggery: if required
  • Kesar mango: 10 mango
  • Dry ginger powder: 1 tbsp
  • Ghee: 2 tbsp
  • Milk: if required
  • Sugar / Jaggery: if required
  • Kesar mango: 20 mango
  • Dry ginger powder: 2 tbsp
  • Ghee: 4 tbsp
  • Milk: if required
  • Sugar / Jaggery: if required

Directions

step 1
take chhanni , and pan, take fresh kesar mangoes, wash with normal water and proper clean
step 2
take mango, and cut into slices
step 3
take one mango slice and rub above stainer, rub proper
step 4
all 10 mangoes slices rub one by one, and collect on pan, so our mango Aamras is ready
step 5
serve chilled on bowl
step 6
garnish with dry ginger powder, ginger powder is best for stomach and gut health
step 7
also add 1/2 tbsp ghee
step 8
serve with puri or chapati
