  • Fresh cream: 1 cup
  • Milk powder: 2 tbsp
  • Sugar: 1 tbsp
  • Chocolate chips: 1/2 cup
  • Cashew: 1/2 cup
  • Full fat milk: 1 liter
  • Fresh cream: 2 cup
  • Milk powder: 4 tbsp
  • Sugar: 2 tbsp
  • Chocolate chips: 1 cup
  • Cashew: 1 cup

Directions

step 1
take full fat milk on pan boil for 15 min, than add 2 tbsp of milk powder

add fresh cream
step 3
add sugar
step 4
add chocolate chips
step 5
add chopped cashew, let it cool down on room tempreture
step 6
fill mixture on steel dabba, set on refregerator for 8 hours
step 7
after 8 hours our chocolate chip ice cream is reay
