Ingredients

  • Full fat milk: 1 liter
  • Sugar: 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom powder: 2–3
  • Cashew, almonds, kishmish: 3–4
  • Raw ice: 4 kg
  • Sea salt: 250 gm
  • Full fat milk: 2 liter
  • Sugar: 1 cup
  • Cardamom powder: 5–6
  • Cashew, almonds, kishmish: 7–8
  • Raw ice: 8 kg
  • Sea salt: 500 gm
  • Full fat milk: 4 liter
  • Sugar: 2 cup
  • Cardamom powder: 10–12
  • Cashew, almonds, kishmish: 14–16
  • Raw ice: 16 kg
  • Sea salt: 1 kg

Directions

step 1
take 2 liter full fat milk boil for 20 minutes than add sugar
step 2
add cardamom powder, let it cool on room temreture
step 3
add milk on eluminum barni
step 4
put plastic pack than close lid very tite
step 5
take raw ice and cut into pieces
step 6
take big bucket, put some ice on bottom, put eluminium barni on center, put ice and sea salt around barni, sea salt for to prevent the snow from melting
step 7
shake the barni continuously, and most important note (that open lid carefully The salt water should not fall into the jar, otherwise the ice cream will not freeze)
step 8
open carefully than check our ice cream is ready from surface so remove ice cream from surface
step 9
add some roasted dryfuits (cashew, almond, kishmish)
step 10
after 3 hours our kothi ice cream is ready
