  • Full fat milk: 2 liter
  • Sugar: 6 tbsp
  • Nutmeg powder: 1 tbsp
  • Chopped dry fruits: 1 cup

Directions

step 1
take full fat milk and boil 15 min on medium flame
step 2
now milk is fully boiled and decrease 1 inch
step 3
now add sugar to taste
step 4
add chopped dry fuits
step 5
add nut meg powder
step 6
mix well and let it cool
step 7
serve chilled rabdi is ready
