  • Milk: 1 liter
  • Powder sugar: 1/2 bowl
  • Buttermilk: 1/2 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder: 1/4 tbsp
  • Chopped cashew: 3–4
  • Chopped almond: 3–4
  • Milk: 2 liter

  • Chopped almond: 7
  • Milk: 4 liter
  • Powder sugar: 2 bowls
  • Buttermilk: 2 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder: 1 tbsp
  • Chopped cashew: 14
  • Chopped almond: 14

Directions

step 1
take milk and 1 boil
step 2
cover and let it look warm on room tempreture
step 3
than deep finger on milk milk like lookwarm than add 1 tbsp buttermilk and mix well, than put on room tempreture for set curd atleast 10 hours

next day our thick curd is ready
step 5
take bowl put strainer and cover with cotton cloth, add whole curd on it

make potli and put some weight for remove exess sour water, and put on refrigaarator for 7 hours

after 7 hours all water removes and we get thick hung curd, now add powder sugar
step 8
add chopped cashew, almond, cardamom powder, mix well and put in refrigerator for 3 hours
step 9
serve chilled
