  • Oil: 1/2 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds: 1/4 tbsp
  • Jeera: 1/4 tbsp
  • Curry leaves: 3–4
  • Asafoetida: pinch
  • Chopped onion: 1/2 (or 1 small onion)
  • Salt: to taste
  • Boiled aloo: 250 gm
  • Oil: 1 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds: 1/2 tbsp
  • Jeera: 1/2 tbsp
  • Curry leaves: 7–8
  • Asafoetida: pinch
  • Chopped onion: 1
  • Salt: to taste
  • Boiled aloo: 500 gm
  • Oil: 2 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds: 1 tbsp
  • Jeera: 1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves: 14–16
  • Asafoetida: 2 pinches
  • Chopped onion: 2
  • Salt: to taste

Directions

step 1
add oil on pan, mustard seed, jeera, add curry leaves, asafoetida,

than add chopped onion slices and saute untill light golden brown
step 3
add chopped green chilli, add turmeric powder, jeera powder, garam masala mix well
step 4
add boiled aloo ,than salt to taste , fresh coriander mix well
step 5
serve with dosa and enjoy
