Ingredients

  • Chickpeas: 100 gm
  • Tomato: 1 (big size)
  • Onion: 1 (big size)
  • Green chilli: 1–2
  • Garlic buds: 4–5
  • Ginger: 1/2 inch
  • Ghee: 1 tbsp
  • Oil: 1.5 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste
  • Turmeric powder: 1/2 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder: 1/2 tbsp
  • Cumin coriander powder: 1/2 tbsp
  • Asafoetida: 1/4 tbsp
  • Black pepper: 2–3
  • Clove: 2–3
  • Cinnamon: 1/2 inch
  • Bay leaf: 1
  • Cardamom: 1
  • Tea powder: 1/2 tbsp
  • Baking soda: 1 pinch
  • Kasuri methi: 1/2 tbsp
  • Fresh coriander: as needed
  • Garam masala: 1/2 tbsp

    Bhatura

  • Rava: 1 tbsp
  • Wheat flour: 25 gm
  • Maida: 125 gm
  • Oil: 1 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste
  • ENO (plain): 1/2 packet
  • Curd: 1/2 cup
  • Chickpeas: 200 gm
  • Tomato: 2 (big size)
  • Onion: 2 (big size)

  • Garlic buds: 8–10
  • Ginger: 1 inch
  • Ghee: 2 tbsp
  • Oil: 3 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste
  • Turmeric powder: 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder: 1 tbsp
  • Cumin coriander powder: 1 tbsp
  • Asafoetida: 1/2 tbsp
  • Black pepper: 5–6
  • Clove: 5–6
  • Cinnamon: 1 small inch
  • Bay leaf: 2
  • Cardamom: 2
  • Tea powder: 1 tbsp

  • Wheat flour: 50 gm
  • Maida: 250 gm
  • Oil: 2 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste
  • ENO (plain): 1 packet
  • Curd: 1 cup
  • Chickpeas: 400 gm
  • Tomato: 4 (big size)
  • Onion: 4 (big size)
  • Green chilli: 6
  • Garlic buds: 16–20
  • Ginger: 2 inch
  • Ghee: 4 tbsp
  • Oil: 6 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste
  • Turmeric powder: 2 tbsp

  • Oil: 4 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste
  • ENO (plain): 2 packets
  • Curd: 2 cups

Directions

step 1
take white chikpeas and soak for 8 hours on hot water
step 2
strain water add soaked white chikpeas in cooker, add bay leaf, cardamom, clove, cinamon, black papper, garlic bugs, salt to taste

take 1 glass of water , add 1 tbsp tea and boil

strain tea water add, pinch of backing soda pack a cooker and give 7 whistle

add maida, rava, wheat flour, oil, salt, eno, curd, mix well

than add water as per need and make a dough cover with moist cloth

take oil on pan, add ghee, jeera, onion paste, saute, than add tomato pury, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, cumin coriander powder, mix well

add cooked cheackpea, mix

add chole masala, water, kasuri methi, fresh coriander mix well

make bhature this type of thickness

deep fry on oil
