  • Fresh coriander: 1 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste
  • Turmeric powder: 1/4 tbsp
  • Cumin coriander powder: 1/4 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder: 1/4 tbsp
  • Asafoetida: 1/4 tbsp
  • Whole cumin: 1/4 tbsp
  • Fennel: 1/4 tbsp
  • Black pepper: 1–2
  • Dry coriander: 1 tbsp
  • Garlic: 4–5 buds
  • Ginger: 1/2 inch

Directions

step 1
chanadal soak for 8 hours after strain water and add 2-3 tbsp on mixer jar and grind

take on pan

add salt, crushed dry coriander, ginger green chilli paste

add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin coriander powder, fresh coriander
step 5
hand with water and make bhajiya
step 6
deep fry on oil
step 7
serve with tumrind chutney
