Ingredients

Mug lentils : 1 cup

Red lentil : 1 cup

Chickpeas : 2 tbsp

Lentils of Adad : 1 tbsp

Tomato :1 Onion : 2

Green chillies : 5

Ginger : 1 inch

Garlic bug : 8 to 10

Kasuri methi Fresh coriander Oil : 2 tbsp

Cumin : 1 tbsp

Dry red chillies : 2 to 3

asafoetida : 1 tbsp

Garam masala : 1 tbsp

salt : to teast

Butter : 1 cube

Directions

step 1
take moong lentils, urad dal lentils, toor dal, red lentils take on pan and mix and wash with normal water 4 times
step 2
take 2 glass of water boil on cooker, add salt to taste, oil, turmeric powder

add lentils

pack cooker and give 4 wistles

take oil on pan, add jeera, dry red chilli, hing, add chopped onion saute untill golden brown shade,

add garlic ginger green chilli paste and saute

add chopped tomatoes, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt to taste, add fresh coriander

now tomato is cooked than add mashed cooked lentils
step 9
add some water as per thickness you want, than add red chilli powder, garam masala mix all, than add kasuri methi
step 10
serve dal fry with jeera rice
