Ingredients

Potato : 500gm

Gram flour : 200gm

Bread

Oil : 1 tbsp

Mustard : 1/2 tbsp

Cumin : 1/2 tbsp

Asafoetida : 1/2 tbsp

Curry leaves : 7-8

Ginger : 1 inch

Green chillies : 3

Garlic : 7-8

Fresh coriander

Turmeric powder : 1/2 tbsp

Salt : to taste

Garam masala : 1 tbsp

Lemon : 1

Fry green chillies : 3-4

Directions

step 1
take pan add besan, turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder
step 2
than add water make a batter
step 3
add oil on pan, add mustard seed, curry leaves, ginger green chilli paste,

add fresh coriander, lemon juice, coriander powder, garam masala mix well
step 5
add masheed potatoes and mix well, than let it cool
step 6
make a medium size vada
step 7
add vada on besan batter and coat than fry on oil
step 8
now take pan and put some oil , add garlic red chutney and saute put bread on it
step 9
now put vada on beetween bread and serve with chutney
