Ingredients

Rava : 1 cup

Curd : 1 cup

Green chillies : 3-4

Fresh coriander : 2 tbsp

Ginger : 1 inch

Curry leaves : 5-6

Mustard : 1 tbsp

Ghee : 1 tbsp

Baking soda : 1/2 tbsp

Salt : to taste

Directions

step 1
add ghee on pan, add mustard seed, chanadal, add curry leaves

add chopped green chilli, greated ginger mix well
step 3
add sooji (semolina) roast for 2-3 minutes
step 4
than take on a pan, let it cool, than add salt to taste, chopped fresh coriander, curd, pinch of backing salt than mix well
step 5
add some water and make this type thick batter
step 6
now steamer is fully ready to steam , now fill idli batter on dish and steam for 3 minutes
step 7
serve with coconut chutney
