Ingredients

full fat milk : 500 ml

sabudana (sago) : 1 cup

sugar : 1/2 cup

ghee : 2 tbsp

nutmeg powder : 1/2 tbsp

water : 1 cup

 

 

Directions

step 1
take sabudana, add water
step 2
wash with water 2-3 times, and soak for 8 hours
step 3
take full fat milk on pan, add 1 cup of water
step 4
add soaked sabudana on milk, boil untill sabudana turns into tranparent
step 5
add sugar now sabudana is cooked
step 6
add ghee
step 7
serve chilled
