Ingredients

potato : 2

brinjal : 1

cauliflower : 100gm

pea : 100 gm

green chilli : 4

garlic bug : 7-8

ginger : 1 inch

pavbhaji masala : 1 tbps

garam masala : 1 tbsp

turmeric powder : 1 tbsp

red chilli powder : 2 tbsp

cumin coriander powder : 1 tbsp

fresh coriander

lemon : 2

salt to taste

Directions

step 1
take glass of water on pressure cooker and put brinjal, cauliflower, potato, green pea
step 2
add on boiling water, pack pressure cooker give 3-4 wistle
step 3
take oil add cumin, asofoetida, add chopped onion, and saute untill light golden brown shade
step 4
mash the veggies
step 5
add green chilli, garlic, ginger paste, and saute, add chopped tomatoes, salt to taste, sugar mash the tomatoes
step 6
add garam masala, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt to taste, turmeric powder ans mix well
step 7
add mashed veggies mix well
step 8
serve with bred and enjoy
