take oil, add butter, than add chopped capsicum, saute well than add chopped tomatoes

add chopped palak (spinach)

add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt to taste mix well

add grated cheese, butter
step 7
add grated paneer, add schezwan chutney, lemon juice saute well

serve with dosa paper, coconut chutney
