  • Water for batter: 1/2 cup
  • Water for sugar syrup: 3/4 cup

  • Pistachios: 3–4
  • Cardamom: 1–2
  • Baking soda: 1/2 pinch

  • Water for batter: 1 cup
  • Water for sugar syrup: 1.5 cups
  • Food color: 1 tbsp
  • Cashews: 6–7
  • Almonds: 6–7
  • Pistachios: 6–7
  • Cardamom: 3–4
  • Baking soda: 1 pinch

Directions

step 1
take 1 cup gram flour add water make a paste

add pinch of baking soda, and food color mix well

add 1 cup of sugar on pan, add 1 cup of water

sugar syrup iss ready, now add cardamom powder, and food color
step 5
take 1 tbsp of hot oil and add on gram flour batter
step 6
take chalni and put batter on it and make bundi
step 7
fry boondis
step 8
now add bundi direct on sugar syrup
step 9
mix well garnish with chopped dry fuits
