  • Flaked rice (poha): 1 cup
  • Boiled potatoes: 1 (big size)
  • Onion: 1–2
  • Tomato: 1/2 (big size)
  • Green chillies: 2
  • Fresh coriander: 1/2 cup
  • Lemon: 1
  • Peanuts: 1/4 cup
  • Curry leaves (chopped): 4–5
  • Oil: 1.5 tbsp
  • Cumin: 1/4 tbsp
  • Hing powder: 1/4 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder: 1/2 tbsp
  • Sugar: 1 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste

  • Tomato: 2 (big size)
  • Green chillies: 8
  • Fresh coriander: 2 cups
  • Lemon: 4
  • Peanuts: 1 cup
  • Curry leaves (chopped): 16–20
  • Oil: 6 tbsp
  • Cumin: 1 tbsp
  • Hing powder: 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder: 2 tbsp
  • Sugar: 4 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste

Directions

step 1
take flake rice, add water and wash with normal water 2-3 times
step 2
put on strain and remove all water
step 3
add salt and turmeric powder and mix well
step 4
add oil on pan, add peanut and fry , take on bowl
step 5
add jeera, chopped curry leaves, asafoetida, add chopped onion, and saute well
step 6
add chopped tomatoes, chopped green chilli, mix well, add sugar, turmeric powder, coriander powder

add boiled chopped potatoes mix well

add poha
step 9
add fried peanut, chopped fresh coriander, add lemon juice mix well
step 10
serve and garnish with sev and coriander
