Ingredients

  • Green sorghum (ponkh): 100 g
  • Chickpeas: 250 g
  • Green garlic (without leaves): 1 cup
  • Green onions (without leaves): 1 cup
  • Green chillies: 3
  • Ginger: 1 inch
  • Garlic buds: 5 to 6
  • Dry coriander powder: 1 tbsp
  • Fennel powder: 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder: 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste
  • Sugar: 2 tbsp
  • Lemon: 1
  • Garam masala: 1 tbsp
  • Green sorghum (ponkh): 200 g
  • Chickpeas: 500 g
  • Green garlic (without leaves): 2 cups
  • Green onions (without leaves): 2 cups
  • Green chillies: 6
  • Ginger: 2 inches
  • Garlic buds: 10 to 12
  • Dry coriander powder: 2 tbsp
  • Fennel powder: 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder: 1 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste (adjust slightly after mixing)
  • Sugar: 4 tbsp
  • Lemon: 2
  • Garam masala: 2 tbsp
  • Green sorghum (ponkh): 400 g
  • Chickpeas: 1 kg
  • Green garlic (without leaves): 4 cups
  • Green onions (without leaves): 4 cups
  • Green chillies: 12
  • Ginger: 4 inches
  • Garlic buds: 20 to 24
  • Dry coriander powder: 4 tbsp
  • Fennel powder: 4 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder: 2 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste (adjust slightly after mixing)
  • Sugar: 8 tbsp
  • Lemon: 4
  • Garam masala: 4 tbsp

Directions

Step 1
Take 1 bowl whole chanadal (Chickpeas)
Step 2
wash proper with 3-4 time with normal water, cover it and soak for 8 hours
Step 3
than add soaked cheackpea and ponk on mixture jar
Step 4
grind without water and make thick paste, took paste on bowl
Step 5
add chopped garlic, chillies, grated ginger, add dry coriander, fenugreek
Step 6
add black papper powder, add chopped green garlic, green onion without green leaves
Step 7
add garam masala, lemon juice, add some sugar, add turmeric, salt to taste
Step 8
make ponk vada shape with thumb
Step 9
fry with nomal flame , fry untill become crispy and golden brown shade
Step 10
serve with green chutney
