Fresh coriander: 1/2 bowl
Farali salt: to taste
Sugar: 1/2 tbsp
Lemon: 1/2
Soaked sago (sabudana): 250 gm
Roasted peanut: 3 tbsp
Boiled potato: 200 gm
Green chilli: 3
Fresh coriander: 1 bowl
Farali salt: to taste
Sugar: 1 tbsp
Lemon: 1
Soaked sago (sabudana): 500 gm
Roasted peanut: 6 tbsp
Boiled potato: 400 gm
Green chilli: 6
Fresh coriander: 2 bowls
Farali salt: to taste
Sugar: 2 tbsp
Lemon: 2
Directions
step 1
take soaked sago on pan
step 2
add roasted crushed peanut, add boiled mashed potatoes
step 3
add fresh coriander, green chilli, sugar, lemon juice, farali salt
step 4
mix well
step 5
make round shape with hands
step 6
add tikki on hot oil and fry till golden crispy
step 7
our sabudana vada is ready
step 8
serve with chutney or catchup
