Directions

step 1
take wheat flour, whole jeera, black papper, salt,oil

add rava, add water make dough

cover dough and give 10 minute rest

take bowl add 2 tbsp melted ghee, add 1 tbsp wheat flour and mix well

make big roti and spread ghee flour slury with spoon

cut into small pieces

now take one piece and tap with fingers

make holls with fork on whole puri

now put puri on hot oil and fry till light golden brown shade
