Potato : 500gm

Wheat flour : 500gm

Green chillies : 2-3

Green garlic : 8-10

Fresh coriander : 1 cup

Ginger : 1 inch

Garam masala : 1 tbsp

Cumin coriander powder : 1 tbsp

Salt : to taste

Lemon : 1

Oil : 8-10 tbsp

Directions

step 1
take wheat flour, add salt, oil, miz well

than add water and make a dough

take mashed potatoes, add chopped green chilli, chopped garlic, fresh coriander, sugar, lemon juice, coriander powder, garasm masala powder mix well, taste to salt

make small roti put masala on centre

make potli
step 6
dusting than make paratha
step 7
put paratha on hot tava, roast both side and till light golden brown shade
step 8
cut into pieces, serve with tomato catch up, curd
