  • Green onions: 1
  • Tomato: 1 to 2
  • Green chillies: 2
  • Garlic: 5 buds
  • Fresh coriander: some
  • Oil: 1 tbsp
  • Cumin: 1/4 tbsp
  • Asafoetida: a small pinch
  • Turmeric powder: 1/4 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder: 1/2 tbsp
  • Cumin coriander powder: 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste
  • Sugar: a small pinch
  • Ghee: 1/2 tbsp

Directions

Step 1
take brinjal wash with water, cut with knife, greece the brinjal with oil
Step 2
put on jali, bake brinjal on gas
Step 3
turn of the gas
Step 4
put oil on pan than add cumin, add asofoetida, add green chopped onion
Step 5
add chopped garlic, add tomato, green chillies
Step 6
add turmeric, red chilli powder, cumin coriander powder, garam masala, sugar, salt to taste
Step 7
add green coriander
Step 8
cover it and cook it, peel the brinjal, smash with fork spoon
Step 9
add smashed brinjal, add ghee, coriander
Step 10
serve with roti, bajra roti
