  • Green chilli-ginger paste: 1 tbsp
  • Chopped green garlic: 1/4 cup
  • Salt: to taste
  • Fresh coriander: as needed

  • Red chilli powder: 1/4 tbsp
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder: 1/4 tbsp

  • Lemon juice: 1/2 lemon
  • Chaat masala: 1/4 tbsp
  • Water: 1/2 cup
  • Boiled potato: 500 gm
  • Oil: 2 tbsp
  • Green chilli-ginger paste: 2 tbsp
  • Chopped green garlic: 1/2 cup
  • Salt: to taste
  • Fresh coriander: as needed
  • Turmeric powder: 1/2 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder: 1/2 tbsp
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder: 1/2 tbsp

Directions

step 1
add oil on pan add green chilli ginger paste and saute , add chopped green garlic
step 2
add turmeric powder, salt, jeera powder, chaat masala, red chilli powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, mix well
step 3
add water , than add salt, fresh coriander, add lemon juice, sugar mix well
step 4
add boiled potatoes mix well

serve and enjoy
