  • Green chillies: 1–2
  • Ginger: 1/2 inch
  • Garlic: 4–5 buds
  • Sugar: 1/2 tbsp
  • Lemon: 1/2
  • Salt: to taste
  • Water: as per need
  • Cumin coriander powder: 1/2 tbsp
  • Asafoetida: 1/4 tbsp
  • Oil: 2 tbsp
  • Gram flour: 200 gm
  • Green chillies: 2–3
  • Ginger: 1 inch
  • Garlic: 8–10 buds
  • Sugar: 1 tbsp
  • Lemon: 1
  • Salt: to taste
  • Water: as per need
  • Cumin coriander powder: 1 tbsp
  • Asafoetida: 1/2 tbsp
  • Oil: 4 tbsp
  • Gram flour: 400 gm
  • Green chillies: 4–6
  • Ginger: 2 inch
  • Garlic: 16–20 buds
  • Sugar: 2 tbsp
  • Lemon: 2
  • Salt: to taste
  • Water: as per need
  • Cumin coriander powder: 2 tbsp
  • Asafoetida: 1 tbsp
  • Oil: 8 tbsp

Directions

step 1
take gram flour, add green chilli, galic, ginger paste, add sugar, salt to taste, coriander powder, turmeric powder, add water as per need
step 2
mix well and make a batter
step 3
spread batter on hot tava, put some oil around chilla
step 4
fry till tits turn to light golden brown shade, and crispy
step 5
serve with catch up
