  • Gram flour: 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder: 1/4 tbsp
  • Red chilli garlic chutney: 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste
  • Cumin coriander powder: 1/4 tbsp
  • Fresh coriander: as required
  • Oil: 1 tbsp
  • Okra: 250 gm
  • Gram flour: 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder: 1/2 tbsp
  • Red chilli garlic chutney: 1 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste
  • Cumin coriander powder: 1/2 tbsp
  • Fresh coriander: as required
  • Oil: 2 tbsp
  • Okra: 500 gm
  • Gram flour: 4 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder: 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli garlic chutney: 2 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste
  • Cumin coriander powder: 1 tbsp
  • Fresh coriander: as required
  • Oil: 4 tbsp

Directions

step 1
take gram flour, add peanut - seasame seed powder, turmeric powder, garlic red chilli chutney, salt to taste
step 2
add coriander powder, fresh coriander, oil and mix well
step 3
cut okra in center and fill the masala
step 4
take oil on pan, add asafoetida, add masala okra and saute
step 5
cook both side until okra color change into light brown color on low medium flame
step 6
masala bhindi is ready serve with roti
