  • Chaat masala: 1 tbsp

Directions

step 1
add whole dhana (coriander seed) and jeera (cumin) and roast for 5 minutes
step 2
add black paper seed and carom seeds
step 3
add cinnamon
step 4
add mint leaves
step 5
let it cool down and grind
step 6
strain masala
step 7
add sindhav namak and kala namak (sanchal powder)
step 8
store in airtite container and put the small spoon on it
