  • Sugar: 1/4 cup
  • Dry coconut powder: 175 gm
  • Ghee: 1 tbsp
  • Milk: 1 cup
  • Milk powder: 4 tbsp
  • Sugar: 1/2 cup
  • Dry coconut powder: 350 gm
  • Ghee: 2 tbsp
  • Milk: 2 cups
  • Milk powder: 8 tbsp
  • Sugar: 1 cup
  • Dry coconut powder: 700 gm
  • Ghee: 4 tbsp

Directions

step 1
take milk on pan, add milk powder, mix well
step 2
add sugar
step 3
take milk on cup, add 1 tbsp food color
step 4
add colored milk on pan and mix well
step 5
add dry coconut powder on milk and mix well
step 6
add 2 tbsp ghee on coconut mixture
step 7
spread mixture on thali and cut into pieces and set for 5 hours on room tempreture
step 8
serve koprapak
