Ingredients

  • Rice: 1.5 bowl
  • Urad dal: 1 tbsp
  • Methi seed: 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste
  • Buttermilk: 1.5 bowl
  • Oil: as per need
  • Rice: 3 bowl
  • Urad dal: 2 tbsp
  • Methi seed: 1 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste
  • Buttermilk: 3 bowl
  • Oil: as per need
  • Rice: 6 bowl
  • Urad dal: 4 tbsp
  • Methi seed: 2 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste
  • Buttermilk: 6 bowl
  • Oil: as per need

Directions

step 1
take rice, urad dal, methi seed wash 3 times

soak overnight
step 3
next day add 2 big spoon soaked rice, add 3 tbsp sour buttermilk and grind on mixer

make smooth batter

cover it and put for fermentation for 8 hours on room tempreture
step 6
after 8 hours fermantation is ready

add salt and mix

spread dosa batter on one direction on hot iron tava
step 9
spread oil
step 10
now dosa is crispy take on dish
step 11
serve with aloo bhaji and coconut chutney, sambhar
