Ingredients

  • Corn flour: 1/2 cup
  • Water: 1 1/2 cup
  • Milk: 1/4 cup
  • Rooh Afza: 3 tbsp
  • Sabja seed: 1/2 tbsp
  • Chopped dry fruits: 1 tbsp
  • Rabdi: 1/4 cup
  • Ice cream: 1 scoop (any flavour)
  • Corn flour: 1 cup
  • Water: 3 cup
  • Milk: 1/2 cup
  • Rooh Afza: 6 tbsp
  • Sabja seed: 1 tbsp
  • Chopped dry fruits: 2 tbsp
  • Rabdi: 1/2 cup
  • Ice cream: 2 scoop (any flavour)
  • Corn flour: 2 cup
  • Water: 6 cup
  • Milk: 1 cup
  • Rooh Afza: 12 tbsp
  • Sabja seed: 2 tbsp
  • Chopped dry fruits: 4 tbsp
  • Rabdi: 1 cup
  • Ice cream: 4 scoop (any flavour)

Directions

step 1
Add 3 cups of water to 1 cup of cornflour, and mix well
step 2
mix continuously untill mixture become a vasaline texture
step 3
now sev base is ready, mixture fill in sev machine
step 4
take bowl add ice and water, and make sev with sev machine on this ice water
step 5
our falooda sev is ready
step 6
take glass, add rooh afza, soaked sabja seeds, falooda sev and mix
step 7
add rabdi and some milk
step 8
add ice cream garnish with chopped dry fuits
