Ingredients

  • Khichdia rice: 3 bowls
  • Gram dal: 1 bowl
  • Sour buttermilk: 3 bowls
  • Water: As required
  • Salt: As per taste
  • Green chillies: 4–5 nos
  • Dry garlic: 5–6 pcs
  • Green garlic: 50 g
  • Green coriander: 150 g
  • Turmeric: 2 tbsp
  • Coriander cumin powder: 2 tbsp
  • White sesame: 1 tsp
  • Khichdia rice: 6 bowls
  • Gram dal: 2 bowls
  • Sour buttermilk: 6 bowls
  • Water: As required
  • Salt: As per taste
  • Green chillies: 8–10 nos
  • Dry garlic: 10–12 pcs
  • Green garlic: 100 g
  • Green coriander: 300 g
  • Turmeric: 4 tbsp
  • Coriander cumin powder: 4 tbsp
  • White sesame: 2 tsp (≈ 2/3 tbsp)
  • Khichdia rice: 12 bowls
  • Gram dal: 4 bowls
  • Sour buttermilk: 12 bowls
  • Water: As required
  • Salt: As per taste
  • Green chillies: 16–20 nos
  • Dry garlic: 20–24 pcs
  • Green garlic: 200 g
  • Green coriander: 600 g
  • Turmeric: 8 tbsp
  • Coriander cumin powder: 8 tbsp
  • White sesame: 4 tsp (≈ 1 1/3 tbsp)

Directions

Step 1
Add 3 cup flour in bowl, add buttermilk
Step 2
cover it and rest for 7-8 hours ferment, after 8 hours mixer is ferment
Step 3
add turmeric, cumin coriander powder, salt
Step 4
Add green chopped garlic, garlic paste
Step 5
add grated bottel gourd, add chopped coriander
Step 6
take batter on small pot for 1 dish and add 1 pinch of baking soda, mix with 1 direction
Step 7
add mixer on oil greece plate, spread seasame seeds
Step 8
steam for 7 minutes, cut in pieces
Step 9
serve with garlic chutney
