  • Water (for syrup): 2 cups
  • Ghee: for fry
  • Cardamom powder: 1 tbsp

Directions

step 1
take ready made gulab jamun mix on pan, add water and make a dow
step 2
make a small ball like this withour crack
step 3
take 1 bowl sugar, add 1 bowl water and boil
step 4
add cardamom powder and let it cool down
step 5
take ghee and add balls
step 6
fry untill light golden brown shade
step 7
add direct on chashni
step 8
serve chilled
