  • Dry fruits (almonds, cashew, pistachios): as required
  • Paneer: 25 gm
  • Milk: 500 ml
  • Ghee: 1 spoon
  • Sugar: 1 small cup (100 gm)
  • Dry fruits (almonds, cashew, pistachios): as required
  • Paneer: 50 gm
  • Milk: 1 liter
  • Ghee: 2 spoon
  • Sugar: 2 small cups (200 gm)
  • Dry fruits (almonds, cashew, pistachios): as required
  • Paneer: 100 gm

Directions

step 1
take milk and boil untill half
step 2
add grated paneer when milk is half
step 3
add ghee
step 4
add chopped nuts
step 5
add sugar
step 6
now batter is thick add in dish and set for 6 hours
step 7
serve and enjoy our kalakand is ready
