  • Curd: 1/2 cup
  • Salt: to taste
  • Turmeric powder: 1/4 tbsp
  • Water: as per need
  • Oil: 1 tbsp
  • Mustard seed: 1/4 tbsp
  • Dry coconut powder: 1 tbsp
  • Green chopped chilli: 1

  • Mustard seed: 1/2 tbsp
  • Dry coconut powder: 2 tbsp
  • Green chopped chilli: 2
  • Besan: 2 cup
  • Curd: 2 cup
  • Salt: to taste
  • Turmeric powder: 1 tbsp
  • Water: as per need
  • Oil: 4 tbsp
  • Mustard seed: 1 tbsp
  • Dry coconut powder: 4 tbsp
  • Green chopped chilli: 4

Directions

step 1`
take 1 cup besan add 1 cup dahi(curd)

add salt, turmeric powder, add some water for ligh consistency and mix well

get mix on low to medium flame till mixture become thicker

on plate put some mixture and spread and let it cool than make a roll for check

now our mixture is perfect take mixture on opposite side of plate and spread

cut on verticle

let it cool than make a roll

take hot oil, put some mustard seed, chopped green chilli, and put oil on these roll, add dry coconut powder
