  • Sugar: 1/2 cup
  • Water: 1/2 cup
  • Ghee: 1 tbsp
  • Dry coconut powder: 250 gm
  • Sugar: 1 cup
  • Water: 1 cup
  • Ghee: 2 tbsp
  • Dry coconut powder: 500 gm
  • Sugar: 2 cups
  • Water: 2 cups
  • Ghee: 4 tbsp

Directions

step 1
take 1 bowl sugar add 1 cup of water and mix and melt
step 2
take 1 string sugar syrup (chashni)
step 3
add dry coconut powder and mix well
step 4
add 2 tbsp ghee
step 5
take mixture on pan
step 6
make small ladoo with hands and set for 3 hours on room tempreture
step 7
