  • Rice Flour: 2 cup
  • Green peas: 1 cup
  • Green chilli: 3
  • Ginger: 1 inch
  • Garlic: 5 buds
  • Salt: to taste
  • Sesame seed: 1/2 tbsp
  • Fennel seed: 1/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder: 1/2 tbsp
  • Cumin coriander powder: 1/2 tbsp
  • Asafoetida: 1 pinch
  • Water: as per required
  • Oil: as per need
  • Coriander: 1/2 bowl
  • Rice Flour: 4 cups
  • Green peas: 2 cups

  • Ginger: 2 inch
  • Garlic: 10 buds
  • Salt: to taste
  • Sesame seed: 1 tbsp
  • Fennel seed: 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder: 1 tbsp
  • Cumin coriander powder: 1 tbsp
  • Asafoetida: 2 pinch
  • Water: as per required

  • Green peas: 4 cups

  • Ginger: 4 inch
  • Garlic: 20 buds
  • Salt: to taste

Directions

Step 1
Take green peace
Step 2
add garlic,ginger,green chillies
Step 3
make a thick paste without water
Step 4
take 1 bowl water boil it, add fennel seed, add white seasame seed, add salt to taste

add turmeric powder, add cumin coriander powder, add pinch asafoetida
Step 6
add chopped green garlic
Step 7
add chopped coriander, boiled it for 5 minutes, add rice flour
Step 8
mix flour and cook for 5 minutes and become a thick paste add oil
Step 9
make a round shape with hand
Step 10
deep fry on oil
Step 11
green peace vada is ready serve with any chutney or catchup
